Pat McGrath Full Blooded is a very cool-toned, dark burgundy with a cream finish. It is a permanent lipstick that retails for $38.00 and contains 0.14 oz.
Pat McGrath Full Blooded MatteTrance Lipstick ($38.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a deep, reddened plum with cool undertones and a satin finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which was buildable to full coverage with a second layer. The texture felt velvety, smooth, and just creamy enough to glide across my lips without dragging but not enough to feel slippery or be prone to feathering/migrating on me. It wore down to a matte finish within two hours and lasted for nearly eight hours and stained quite noticeably. The formula felt non-drying to me.
