Sephora Garnet Lip Last Matte Lipstick ($14.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a medium-dark burgundy with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It still had a bit of sheen to it after 10 minutes of wear, though the color was mostly transfer-resistant by that point (I could press my lips together with no ill-effects).
It had good color coverage that applied evenly across my lips and didn't emphasize my lip lines noticeably in person; the close-up photo showed a bit of color in my lip lines toward the center of my lower lip but I didn't notice this when I looked in the mirror. The lipstick had a smooth, velvety texture that felt a bit like a gel-cream as it skated across my lips but didn't feel traditionally wet or slippery. After it set, it was transfer-resistant and easily lasted for over six hours and felt non-drying.
