Pat McGrath Astral Moon Flower LUST Lip Gloss ($28.00 for 0.15 oz.) seemed to have a translucent, blue-tinted base with flecks of blue, violet, and green sparkle. It had a semi-sheer to medium amount of "coverage" in the form of shimmer/sparkle, while the base seemed to darken my natural lip color a bit and softening the appearance of my lip freckle slightly. It was supposed to be "medium" in coverage, but I'd say it was more of a sheer to semi-sheer gloss--a sheer, tinting gloss really. The consistency was lightweight, smooth, and cushion-like in feel that was comfortable to wear. It smoothed out the appearance of my lip lines, kept my lips hydrated, and lasted for three hours on me.
