A Garden of Opalina Look featuring Sydney Grace
About this Look
This is inspired by Viseart’s Liaison palette, actually; I was looking to test additional shades from Sydney Grace but wanted to “match” a little more to my other eye, which features Viseart Liaison. This is what I ended up with, which reminded me of succulents–apparently graptoveria opalina–sort of washed out shades of aqua, mauve, and purple.
P.S. — Details for the other eye can be found here.

Ooh, this is a very pretty and unique look! I love the subtle turquoise in the inner corners.
Thanks, Seraphine!
Wow, I ADORE this eye look! Right up my alley with blues, purples, and mauves outfitted with the lavender lipstick (of I’ve been planning to buy Faux Pas next paycheck. this confirms that). Consider this saved in my inspiration folder.
Enjoy Faux Pas!
This is sooo beautiful. I love how well the lip color and blush complement the eyeshadow. Simply stunning.
Thanks a lot, Tara!
Very pretty! Both looks are, actually, but I like the subtle pops of colours with the Sydney Grace look. You’ve inspired me to try out a similar look. LOL!
Thanks, Christina!
These are both just lovely: flattering and subtle. Your artistry is simply terrific. These will be hard to resist. Earlier today, I did see some greens that were duped or owned, so there is a glimmer of hope in the Sydney Grace Dept.
Thank you, KJH!
Loving this look! The color combo is gorgeous.
Thank you, Mags!
Christine, this eye look is so gorgeous!!!
Thanks, Priscilla!
You nailed the opal look: Very well done! I think this is really beautiful. The touch of light teal near the inner corner was a brilliant touch.
Beautiful! I would also say Echeveria Afterglow – one of my faves! Love that you compared your look to succulents… they are amazing color inspiration! ?
Gorgeous look. Subtle yet stunning.
I love seeing what new eyelooks you come up with, Christine! The inner corner light blue has me swooning!
Thanks, Sue! π
Ethereal, creative, and lovely!
Thank you so much, Gigi!
How did this dreamy fairytale princess look escape my notice until today? This is so ethereal and next-level artistry!
Aw, thank you Nancy!
Wow, I was looking at the blog post for the shadow reviews thinking okay, you just made me a perfect coolish palette and then I saw this look! Itβs gorgeous!!!
Thank you, Wednesday! π
Wow, a year old, but still lovely and soft! Must try!
