LYS Beauty Kindness Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush ($16.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a light-medium coral with balanced undertones between pink and orange. The texture was lightweight, lightly creamy with moderate slip, and thin without being prone to sheering out too readily. I didn't have any issues applying it to bare skin or over foundation as it did not lift up or create any patchiness to base products.
It delivered full color coverage in a single layer, which was as marketed, but it was very blendable, so it could be diffused and blended out for a sheerer effect if desired. You could also just use less product and build up where needed. It felt a little more powder-like, not totally dry or matte, once it came into contact with my skin, but it had plenty of play time. This shade stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.
