Iconic London Cheeky Coral Sheer Blush ($27.00 for 0.42 oz.) is a medium coral with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones and a matte finish. It had a particularly watery and fluid texture initially, cool as it hit my skin, but it dried down in about 10 seconds to a mostly matte finish.
The product had very sheer color coverage in each layer, even if applied more heavily, because the texture leant itself to being spread out readily. I didn't have any issues applying on top of foundation or just over bare skin. It stayed on nicely for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.
