LYS Beauty Humble Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush ($16.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a brighter, medium peony pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The formula dried down fully within about 20 seconds to a more matte finish, though it was very easy to work with as it was emollient while having more of a glide than a real wetness to it, which ensured it didn't lift up base products.
It applied well with fingertips as well as brushes, though it was quite pigmented so I found a brush was more forgiving for sheerer application and/or building up coverage. It stayed on well for nine hours before fading visibly on me.
