Kat Von D Roxy Everlasting Liquid Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.22 fl. oz.) is a rich, medium-dark purple with cooler undertones and a matte finish. I had higher hopes that the formula would be improved compared to the release of it in last holiday's set, but it was still underwhelming. It had medium, buildable pigmentation--two to three layers would work best--with a thinner texture that was slightly streaky. It did not build up as well when it was still drying, so I would recommend applying a second layer after the first layer had time to dry down. It did seem to last for nearly eight hours.
