Neon Green #9 is a medium, cooler pink base with warmer, gold-to-green shifting sparkle. This was the only shifting shade that really had a noticeable shift applied to my skin, and it looked more like a minty green most of the time. The eyeshadow had good pigmentation in a single layer, which was buildable to full coverage with a second layer. The consistency was soft, not too firmly pressed in the pan, and blendable. It stayed on well for eight hours on me before I noticed fading.
