Topaz #3 is a slightly muted, medium orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. While the texture was drier and felt almost chalky to me (a combination of dustiness and thinness), it had excellent pigmentation and blended out easily on my skin. It didn't seem to look dry or dusty on my skin either. The eyeshadow lasted well for seven and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
