Baja is a rich, medium-dark orange with warm, red undertones and a matte finish. The texture felt a little drier and almost chalky, but it had opaque color payoff in a single layer and applied evenly, and I didn't have any trouble blending it out. It just didn't feel as luxe by touch compared to past mattes by the brand. The color stayed on nicely for eight hours.
