Urban Decay Baja is a moderately warm-toned, medium-dark orange with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Born to Run.

Editor's Review

Baja is a rich, medium-dark orange with warm, red undertones and a matte finish. The texture felt a little drier and almost chalky, but it had opaque color payoff in a single layer and applied evenly, and I didn't have any trouble blending it out. It just didn't feel as luxe by touch compared to past mattes by the brand. The color stayed on nicely for eight hours.

Claims / Ingredients

Urban Decay’s groundbreaking new eye shadow formula. This reformulation of Urban Decay’s eye shadow features even softer, amazingly velvety texture; richer, more dense and decadent color; smoother, more uniform pigment distribution and blendability; and longer-lasting, more crease-free wear. The shade Baja from Urban Decay’s Born to Run palette is incredibly pigmented and buttery smooth. It’s a vibrant orange color that is the same color in the pan as it is on the lid. The only thing that’s a possible negative about this shadow is that it is very pigmented. Blending it out can be a challenge if you put too much shadow on the lid. Other than that, it’s great. Beautiful color, beautiful formula.
