Hottie Alert is a medium pink with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which didn't build up well due to it being quite thin and watery. The first layer of product was uneven and patchy, and the second layer just looked worse as it started to appear cracked. It was prone to spreading into any fine lines and texture on my skin as it took a bit longer to dry down. Once it set, the eyeliner didn't fade or migrate during the 10 hours it lasted for.
