ColourPop Spritz Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.11 fl. oz.) is described as a "mid-tone true bubblegum pink." It's a slightly muted, medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation with a thin, almost runny, texture that was easy to apply and then "set" to a lightly tacky consistency. It sat fairly well on the lips without being heavy, and the color didn't lift when you press your lips (despite the tackiness). There is minimal transfer, but it isn't completely dry.
