The texture had a stronger velvety feel--more like a silicone-based primer--that glided on easily but tended to catch on any imperfections on the lips and emphasized them. It had good color coverage, though it was not fully opaque. On me, this shade wore well for four and a half hours but wore away a bit more noticeably from the center of the lips.
