ColourPop 951 Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.11 fl. oz.) is a muted, medium-dark rosy brown with subtle, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had rich, opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which spread evenly across the lips and made my lips appear smoother overall. The consistency was almost runny initially, but it had a slight "dry down" where it adhered well to lips but was not flat, matte, or transfer-proof (which is as intended based on the formula's claims). On me, the color stayed on well for six and a half hours and was neither drying nor hydrating.
