ColourPop Scandal Jelly Much Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a deep, tarnished gold with warm undertones and a lightly sparkling, metallic sheen. It had opaque pigmentation in one layer, which applied evenly and blended out well over my lid. The texture was cool, water-like initially but dried down in about 10 seconds and was very transfer-resistant from there. It stayed on well for 10 hours without fading or creasing.
