ColourPop No Shame is a neutral-toned, very dark purple with a matte finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $5.00 and contains 0.01 oz.
ColourPop No Shame Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "saturated blackened violet." It's a muted, blackened plum with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The texture wasn't as creamy as other pencils in the range, though it wasn't dry and didn't tug on the lash line when I tried using it. It had semi-sheer pigmentation in one pass, and it was buildable to semi-opaque coverage, but it didn't layer as well as I had hoped (it almost lifts the color in places). The color wore well for eight and a half hours on me. The pot version is darker, richer. Stila Black Amethyst (P, $22.00) is lighter, warmer (90% similar). ColourPop No Shame (P, $6.00) is darker (90% similar). MAC Ash Violet (DC, $16.00) is more shimmery, lighter (85% similar). MAC Nightcast (P, $17.00) is lighter (85% similar). Bobbi Brown Twilight Night (P, $23.00) is more shimmery, darker, cooler (85% similar). Make Up For Ever M80 Matte Plum (P, $21.00) is lighter, cooler (80% similar). Creamy application makes blending super easy, and the formula dries down for long-lasting wear! Because the liner is so creamy, do not over advance your liner to prevent breakage. For blending and smoky looks, use a pencil brush. Smooth glide for easy and comfortable waterline application.
