ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "deepened burgundy." It's a dark, burgundy with warm, plummy red undertones and an ultra-matte finish--it's very flat and appears almost dry. The texture is actually creamy, but it dries down to an all-matte finish with absolutley no sheen. Once it dries down, it is hard to smudge, so it's an eyeliner that wears better but can be unforgiving if you make mistakes (you'll need remover to fix!). On me, the eyeliner wore well for nine hours before thinning slightly. The pencil is quite a bit lighter and has a stronger warm tone to it than the pot version.
