ColourPop Best O is a moderately warm-toned, medium-dark burgundy with a matte finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $5.00 and contains 0.01 oz.
ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "deepened burgundy." It's a dark, burgundy with warm, plummy red undertones and an ultra-matte finish--it's very flat and appears almost dry. The texture is actually creamy, but it dries down to an all-matte finish with absolutley no sheen. Once it dries down, it is hard to smudge, so it's an eyeliner that wears better but can be unforgiving if you make mistakes (you'll need remover to fix!). On me, the eyeliner wore well for nine hours before thinning slightly. The pencil is quite a bit lighter and has a stronger warm tone to it than the pot version. ColourPop Best O (P, $7.00) is darker (85% similar). Estee Lauder Burgundy Suede (P, $28.00) is more shimmery, lighter (90% similar). ColourPop Charmer (P, $5.00) is darker, cooler (85% similar). Chanel Psyche (959) (P, $34.00) is darker, warmer (85% similar). Marc Jacobs Beauty Fine(wine) (P, $24.00) is lighter (80% similar). Wayne Goss Deep Amethyst (P, $14.00) is darker, cooler (80% similar). bareMinerals 6AM (LE, $15.00) is more shimmery, cooler (85% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.
Creamy application makes blending super easy, and the formula dries down for long-lasting wear! Because the liner is so creamy, do not over advance your liner to prevent breakage. For blending and smoky looks, use a pencil brush. Smooth glide for easy and comfortable waterline application.
