ColourPop Maybe Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "vibrant grass green." It's a brightened, lime green with warm, yellow undertones and a cooler over-tone and a matte finish. This seemed a little more subdued and less yellow-based compared to the pot version. It had semi-sheer color payoff, which was buildable to truer color after two to three layers. Precision of a liquid with the ease of a gel based formula. Apply with a brush, we like a super fine, firm and synthetic angled brush. Dip tip of the brush, coat both sides – be careful not to pick up too much product! Work quickly, as the formula becomes transfer resistant once it dries. Do NOT leave opened for long periods of time or it will dry out and you will be sad. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use.
