ColourPop Fast Lane Creme Gel Liner
ColourPop Fast Lane Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as an “intense blackened teal.” It’s a muted, dark bluish-teal with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had good pigmentation in one pass with a lightly creamy consistency that didn’t tug at the lash line. The color wore well for eight hours on me before thinning. It is a little more teal-leaning than the pot version. ColourPop Fast Lane (P, $7.00) is darker, more muted, warmer (95% similar). Marc Jacobs Beauty Blacquer Emerald (P, $25.00) is warmer (95% similar). Christian Louboutin Beaute Deep Teal (P, $40.00) is cooler (95% similar). Urban Decay Street (P, $20.00) is lighter, brighter (90% similar). Urban Decay Street (P, $22.00) is darker, glossier (90% similar). Smashbox Baller (P, $18.00) is cooler (90% similar). ColourPop Fast Lane Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as an “intense blackened teal.” It’s a dark, bluish-teal with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a creamy consistency that was easy to work with and didn’t look jagged on the edges when applied (I used a thin eyeliner brush). When I wore it on my lower lash line, it stayed on well for nine hours before smudging. ColourPop Fast Lane (P, $7.00) is lighter, brighter, cooler (95% similar). Christian Louboutin Beaute Deep Teal (P, $40.00) is cooler (95% similar). Urban Decay Street (P, $22.00) is darker, glossier (90% similar). ColourPop Zulu Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “vivid pastel sea foam green.” It’s a bright, light-medium aqua blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in one stroke, and the consistency was creamy and smooth, so it glided on well, but it didn’t go on as evenly as I would have liked. On me, this shade starts to fade after seven hours. ColourPop Zulu (P, $7.00) is darker (95% similar). Make Up For Ever M30 Matte Pastel Green (P, $21.00) is darker, more muted, warmer (90% similar). Makeup Geek Mint (DC, $9.00) is darker, warmer (85% similar). Stila Turquoise (P, $22.00) is darker, warmer (80% similar). Fenty Beauty Hot Tub Club (LE, ) is darker, cooler (85% similar). ColourPop Zulu Baby Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a “vivid pastel sea foam green.” It’s a bright, light-medium aqua blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It is very similar in color to the pencil form, and it also performs similarly, just slightly better, as the texture was creamier and the product more pigmented. It wore well for eight hours. ColourPop Zulu (P, $7.00) is lighter (95% similar). Make Up For Ever M30 Matte Pastel Green (P, $21.00) is darker, more muted, warmer (90% similar). Fenty Beauty Hot Tub Club (LE, ) is cooler (85% similar). Makeup Geek Mint (DC, $9.00) is darker, warmer (85% similar). Stila Turquoise (P, $22.00) is darker, warmer (80% similar). ColourPop Work Out Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “blackened forest green.” It’s a blackened green with hints of olive and an ultra-matte finish. This was moderately dry, which gave it a stiffer feel when used on the skin, so it tugged. It also looked jagged along the edges and needed to be smudged or cleaned-up to get a crisp edge. It lasted for seven hours on me. ColourPop Work Out (P, $7.00) is lighter, cooler (90% similar). ColourPop Bustier (LE, $7.00) is more shimmery, darker (90% similar). Charlotte Tilbury Green Lights (Matte) (PiP, ) is darker, brighter (90% similar). MAC Late Night (P, $25.00) is darker (90% similar). ColourPop Work Out Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a “blackened forest green.” It’s a deep, forest green with cool undertones and a matte finish. It is lighter, brighter, and more cool-toned (less brow/olive) compared to the pencil. It could have been creamier and smoother to work with, as it tended to skip if I wasn’t careful. This shade wore well for eight hours before fading. ColourPop Work Out (P, $7.00) is darker, warmer (90% similar). ColourPop Bustier (LE, $7.00) is darker, warmer (90% similar). Charlotte Tilbury Green Lights (Matte) (PiP, ) is less shimmery, darker, cooler (90% similar). MAC Late Night (P, $25.00) is cooler (90% similar). ColourPop Maybe Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “vibrant grass green.” It’s a brightened, lime green with warm, yellow undertones and a cooler over-tone and a matte finish. This seemed a little more subdued and less yellow-based compared to the pot version. It had semi-sheer color payoff, which was buildable to truer color after two to three layers. This shade wore well for eight hours. Ardency Inn Grass (P, $19.00) is darker (90% similar). ColourPop Maybe (DC, $7.00) is darker (90% similar). Urban Decay Kush (P, $22.00) is more shimmery, lighter (85% similar). Fenty Beauty Lime Feva (LE, ) is lighter (80% similar). Fenty Beauty Hollapeno (LE, ) is lighter (80% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.
ColourPop Maybe Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a “vibrant grass green.” It’s a brightened, medium green with warm, yellow undertones and a matte finish. The pot’s consistency was drier than a lot of other shades I’ve tried, and it was harder to get good coverage that was even without really loading up the brush. This one was prone to flaking away instead of more evenly fading over time. Ardency Inn Grass (P, $19.00) is darker (95% similar). ColourPop Maybe (DC, $7.00) is lighter (90% similar). Urban Decay Kush (P, $22.00) is more shimmery, lighter (85% similar). Haus Labs Grime (P, $18.00) is darker, cooler (80% similar). Fenty Beauty Hollapeno (LE, ) is lighter, cooler (80% similar). Oh, bummer! I did a huge order from Colourpop for Black Friday and was so excited for Work Out! I’ll hopefully be able to work with it. I also picked Cry Baby in pencil form with Best O and Stomper in the pot version, which got good grades 🙂 I’m liking Fast Lane a lot. Do you know how does it compare to Urban Decay’s Invasion?
Fingers crossed for you, Marta!

Loving Zulu! Will you ever be reviewing the jeffree star liquid lipsticks?
Glad you like Zulu!
Fast Lane reminds me of a MAC gel liner that was LE…..
Hmm, which one? There have been so many!
I ordered Fast Lane and Workout eyeliners last week since they were having a discount promo. So glad Fast Lane scored well, like how it’s a blackened teal, and harder to dupe. Yeah, I was worried about Workout as the swatch showed it was skipping and a little dry, but it’s such a beautiful dark forest green, I couldn’t resist, will go well with my khaki olive gold shadows. I don’t like liners that tug, but I’m hoping it will go more smoothly on my oily, primed lids, and if I use short strokes, I can make it work
Zulu in the pot form for a wild n crazy double wing eyeliner look come next summer! Oh yeah!!!
But the others just aren’t wowing me. Fast Lane in the pot does look good, but I still love my MAC Siahi more. Probably because Siahi has shimmer and looks quite vibrant on me, especially paired with a peachy, terracotta brown e/s look!
Oh Fast Lane is quite nice. I would love to wear that color. Just enough of a difference to be noticeable without being garish! My only worry is that is the color of the veins in my skin, lol.
I wish Maybe performed a bit better, because I really love that color. Then again there are plenty of other fun shades to choose from that do get great ratings, so it’s all good.
The grade on the Work Out pencil is so disappointing. I love blackened greens like that. At least the pot version was better. Fast Lane is really nice. I don’t have a shade like that.
LOVE that Fast Lane teal – it is glorious. Why would you buy the TF one, that is so expensive and a C rating over this one for $5? Colour Pop is an amazing brand.
So psyched that Fast Lane did well! I love teal, I had my hair dyed pretty much that exact color for a while… anyways, I’m pretty sure it’ll end up becoming a staple in my eye looks. That wear time!
Maybe!!! WOW!
