ColourPop Fade Into Hue 30-Pan Shadow Palette ($34.00 for 0.92 oz.) is a new, rainbow-inspired color story with an assortment of matte, sparkle matte, shimmer, and glitter textures. The palette is arranged by color in columns and then in rainbow-order going from left to right. There were some shades that were pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with, but there were a fair amount of sparkling matte shades that had a lot of fallout (both from the sparkles as well as some powderiness), so some of the enjoyment will depend on one's threshold for fallout. I'd definitely apply this prior to base products, and I would use it with an eyeshadow primer, too.
For those concerned, there are four shades with plastic (PET) glitter in them, and then there are nine Pressed Pigments--all of these shades are marked with an asterisk and are "not intended for use in the immediate eye area."
