Charlotte Tilbury Scarlet Spell Matte Revolution Lipstick ($37.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a faded, medium red with subtle, cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. There seemed to be very fine, barely-there pearl running throughout the shade that kept it from being a true matte but the finish didn't appear shiny (nor did it feel slippery on).
The lipstick had a lightweight, thinner feel to it that was velvety, smooth, and comfortable to apply and to wear. It had semi-opaque coverage in a single pass, which lasted well for five hours. The formula felt neither drying nor hydrating to me.
