Patrick Ta She's Adorable Velvet Blush Review & Swatches
She's Adorable
Patrick Ta She’s Adorable Monochrome Moment Velvet Blush ($32.00 for 0.37 oz.) is a medium, pink-coral base with warmer, golden shimmer throughout. The color deepened and appeared truer-to-pan when applied and blended out on my cheeks, so it ended up as one of the more darker shades in the line-up.
It had buildable coverage from medium to mostly opaque, while the texture felt velvety and smooth to the touch with some slip to it–I could tell it was a more silicone-heavy powder. The powder worked best with a moderately-dense brush that had a more even edge to pick up product evenly. It had a dense surface that wasn’t stiff but seemed more prone to absorbing natural oils (from fingertips or if one took a used blush brush back into the pan), so I would recommend applying the product over a more matte base and/or lightly set base to minimize that (if it’s a problem; otherwise, gently rubbing a paper towel over hardened areas will wear them away).
I didn’t have any trouble blending out the powder on my cheeks, and it had a natural sheen that was glowing without being overtly shimmery. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
$32.00/0.37 oz. - $86.49 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have builable coverage, though the brand has done an inconsistent job of marketing them that way, as at the point of purchase, there's no mention of them being buildable (and promotional swatches at point of purchase show opaque coverage), while on their Instagram it says as much; the makeup artist behind the brand said, "buildable and will never leave your cheeks to[o] pigmented on the first application." Aside from the coverage kerfuffle, the formula is supposed to have good adhesion, "true color," and a "natural finish" and "extended wear."
Of the four shades released (at the time this overview was written), all four had more semi-sheer to medium, buildable coverage (up to mostly opaque), but the underlying texture of the formula seemed particularly sensitive to natural oils, so I would take care swatching it with fingertips and for typical consumer use, I'd suggest applying over more matte base products and/or over a setting or finishing powder if you tend to pick up product more than once (to avoid bringing any natural oils into the pan). The powder was just more susceptible than the average powder--in my experience--to getting a hardened surface.
The powder itself was incredibly smooth, silky, and had some glide to it, which helped the product apply evenly, diffuse with ease, and sit well on bare skin. I also think it's the type of formula that performs better in practice than just swatched on one's arm. They seemed to be more satin-to-matte in the pan without overt shimmer, but they had a more semi-matte or "natural" finish (as intended) once buffed out on my skin. The shades lasted around eight hours on me before fading visibly.

Glad to see that it deepens up on the cheeks to the shade in the pan! I like this one, but I might do better with ND Alba as my future backup for MAC Oh My, Passion, not sure. Seeing this one as a 85% dupe for it had me put it on my WL just in case.
I really like this shade, it would work well on me. The finish is beautiful – not overly shimmery.
This blush has quickly become one of my all time favorites. I keep reaching for it every day!
