Peach is a soft, pinky-coral base with very fine, golden pearl. It's supposed to be "buildable" to allow for layering (and it did layer well with the other products in the palette). It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation--at most, mostly opaque--but as it is a light color, it wasn't like boom! pigment (and never would be). It had a soft, subtle glow that was glass-like and never shimmery or pore-emphasizing.
It applied well over bare skin as well as over cream/liquid foundation (I tried Too Faced Born This Way and Tom Ford Traceless Stick with it). The texture was lightly tacky initially with a firmer, denser consistency that I felt I had to dig at a bit with my stippling brush to pick up product. It seemed to yield a bit better after a few uses. The product applied evenly, spread and diffused with little effort, and wore well for nine hours on me before it started to fade a bit.
