OFRA Sea Shimmer Highlighter ($29.00 for 0.35 oz.) is a bright, light copper with warm, rosy undertones and a high-shine, metallic finish. It was a shinier, more intense highlighter that emphasized my skin’s natural ever-so-slightly when worn alone had higher coverage. The consistency was smooth, almost cream-like, and felt very finely-milled without being powdery. It picked up well with a brush and applied evenly to bare skin, blending out with ease. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.

The formula is supposed to have a "liquid to baked technology" that has "unparalleled pigment payoff" that can be used as a highlighter as well as an eyeshadow or as a blush topper." It's a very pigmented formula with a high-shine, metallic finish that will be most suitable for someone who wants an intense highlighter.
The texture was denser but not dry or difficult to work with, so it seemed to melt onto the skin the more I buffed and blended the highlighter on. They lasted between eight and nine hours on me before fading noticeably.

Love, love, love this particular shade! If it’s still available in January, I’m getting it, I think. I probably shouldn’t because I already have MJ Jet Girl arriving today, Becca Beach Nectar and Ofra’s own Covent Garden. Lots of pinky/peachy shades here already, but…. what’s one more?
Anyone who likes these Ofra HLs should make sure to check out Ulta’s Ofra page. They have a five compact, a five pie chart, a three palette (Nikkie), a three pie chart, etc. Their blushes are/were top drawer as well. It’s interesting the approaches these cos. take. ABH went from more specialized (brows) to all products, whereas Ofra did virtually all products, and now has become an (excellent) specialist in powder HL. I rather like that Ofra is rather low profile, compared to all the other cos. clamoring for our attention.
It’s like deja voodoo.. I recently pulled the Bobbi Brown dupe from my Ikea Alex. I had forgotten about it. I love how it can warm up my winter complexion.
I love the Ofra intensity. They have certainly been tempting me to get over my Ulta grudge. I thought the new Revlon lipsticks would tip me over the edge, but I didn’t see anything I truly need/want.
Love this shade, but I cannot wear it as a highlighter – too shiny for me. However, I really enjoy this shade as an eyeshadow.
