MAC Pink Trip, Queen's Violet, Space Bubble Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolours Reviews, Photos, Swatches
Pink Trip
MAC Pink Trip Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a bright, medium-dark fuchsia pink with subtle, cool undertones and fine violet and pink pearl. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that covered the lips evenly and smoothly. The texture was medium in weight with noticeable stickiness. What I liked most about this shade was how smooth it made my lips look–it made my lip lines disappear! On me, the gloss wore well for five hours and was neither drying nor hydrating. I could feel the minty tingle for 25 minutes.

Formula Overview
$21.00/0.17 oz. - $123.53 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to "wear evenly" with "megawatt colour" and have a "tingly, cooling sensation" that makes lips "fuller." The coverage ranged from shade to shade, though most were fairly pigmented, and some seemed more multidimensional than others (they seemed just shimmery/pearly). Some shades applied evenly while others were more uneven or pulled into lip lines.
The finish had a lot of shine and shimmer, so any unevenness/settling wasn't as apparent in person as it might appear in close-up photos. The consistency was smooth as it applied and developed a lot of tackiness within a minute or so of application, and the tingling lasted noticeably for 20-25 minutes on me. The glosses lasted between four and five hours on me and were comfortable to wear but was mostly non-drying.
They have a sweet, mint scent and subtle tingle and almost seemed to have a slightly sweet taste, but I couldn't tell as I felt like I was breathing in the sweet mint a bit from the scent alone.

Queen's Violet
MAC Queen’s Violet Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a dark purple with warm, pink undertones and fine and larger blue, violet, and deep purple shimmer and sparkle. The gloss did not apply evenly, and it had only semi-sheer coverage, which might have been part of why it did not apply well. The consistency was smooth and developed a moderate tackiness that helped the gloss adhere longer to the lips but was on the stronger side for stickiness. It lasted for five hours and was non-drying. The tingling sensation was present for 20 minutes.

Space Bubble
MAC Space Bubble Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a dark, reddish plum with warm undertones and fine pink and plum pearl. It did not read holographic to me at all–just like a pearlized, glossy finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage that spread fairly evenly across the lips and only settled into my lips minimally. I didn’t notice the settling at all from a normal viewing distance. The consistency was tacky but smooth and spreadable. The gloss stayed on well for five hours and was neither drying nor hydrating. I noticed the tingling sensation for the first 25 minutes of wear.

I could see Queen’s Violet looking amazing over a deep plum or warm purple lipstick! On its own, though? Nope.
Pink Trip and Space Bubble are absolutely lovely, but I do have their corresponding CP shade dupes already.
I don’t like the feel of lipgloss on my own lips and I’m not sure how I feel about tingling lipstick, but Space Bubble is a very pretty shade. Looks beautiful on you, Christine!
I really like Space bubble but I don’t know if I want to deal with tingling.
Whilst I am not a lip gloss fan, these shade do look lovely.
That Pink Trip looks amazing on you! Not keen on the tingles however as that kind of thing often makes my teeth hurt.
