Feeling Fizzy
MAC Feeling Fizzy Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a bright, medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had good color payoff, though not quite opaque, that covered the lips somewhat evenly. The lipstick had some slip, was a little thicker than I expected, and had slight unevenness in places. As this color is more common, a lip liner is totally doable and would help the application a lot. While it was comfortable to wear and felt non-drying, it sunk into some of my lines over the four and a half hours it lasted.

Formula Overview

MAC Lipstick comes in a variety of finishes, and the pigmentation and wear tend to be dependent on the finish. The sheer finishes, like Lustres, tend to wear for only a couple of hours and have sheer coverage (as designed) and are non-drying.
Some of the original Matte shades have a stiffer, drier formula, while newer ones have a more velvety, silicone-feel to them, and the latter are creamier, more comfortable to wear, and easier to apply, but most Matte shades are quite pigmented and long-wearing, though some are drying.
The Amplified and Satin finishes tend to have good pigmentation, lightly creamy to moderately creamy consistencies with a bit of shine, and moderate to long wear with deeper, richer shades wearing longer. The Frost and Metallic finishes have the most variance between shades with coverage ranging from semi-sheer to opaque with average wear and non-drying to slightly drying formulas. All MAC lipsticks are vanilla-scented but have no discernible taste.

Darling Clementine
MAC Darling Clementine Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a bright, medium orange with warm, red undertones and a satin finish. It had excellent pigmentation that applied evenly and smoothly. It had a soft, lightly creamy texture that glided across lips with ease and was comfortable to wear. It lasted for six hours, left a reddish stain behind, and was neither drying nor hydrating while worn. This is a repromote.

Forbidden Sunrise
MAC Forbidden Sunrise Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a bright, medium orange with warm, yellow undertones and a satin finish. It had good pigmentation–not quite opaque, though!–with a smooth, lightly creamy texture that applied without tugging on my lips. There was a bit of color that settled into my lip lines, though the brightness of the color made it less noticeable from a normal viewing distance. This shade wore well for five hours and left a subtle, reddish stain behind. It felt non-drying to me. This is a repromote.

Darling Clementine looks fabulous on you, Christine!
Thank you! 🙂
Ravishing Rose is a good dupe and half the price!
Nice!
Nice colors for spring 🙂
Agreed!
Such fun, happy colors!
They are!
Love Darling Clementine! Probably one of the prettiest orange lipsticks I’ve seen in awhile! I do have Morange, however.
But it’s Feeling Fizzy that stole my heart, although I will instead go for Maybelline Pink Sugar since lighter pink isn’t a shade that I really wear very often. Ooh, but Feeling Fizzy! ?
There you go 🙂
i was searching for a bright pink with some warm undertones. Feeling Fizzy looks like a pretty one but too bad that it does not apply evenly on the lips.
It could be better 🙁
Not my colors, but this is a fun collection!
It is! 🙂
I Like Darling Clementine! Shockingly! I’m try to be less scared of orange lipstick! 😀
Yayy! Orange doesn’t have to be scary at all 🙂
Feeling Fizzy looks very similar to Viva Glam Nicki. Might pick this up since I’ve been lusting over the colour for ages.
It’s definitely in the same vein!
Lovely colours, but very dupeable, aren’t they. Still, the photos made me smile as they are, as someone said earlier, happy colours
They are definitely dupable!
