MAC Fashion Punch Lipglass
MAC Fashion Punch Lipglass

MAC Fashion Punch Lipglass ($10.00 for 0.08 fl. oz.) is a medium peachy-brown with warm undertones and gold pearl. The coverage was semi-opaque, but the creamier finish made this one noticeably settle into lip lines, though it went on evenly (which doesn’t always happen with this type of color or product!). I felt like the shininess of the gloss helped to disguise some of the settling from a normal viewing distance. This shade wore well for five hours and was lightly hydrating. NARS Instant Crash (LE, $26.00) is lighter (95% similar). Bite Beauty Vanilla Latte (LE, $22.00) is less shimmery (90% similar). Colour Pop Moon Child (LE, $6.00)(95% similar). MAC Overspiced (LE, $17.50) is lighter, brighter (95% similar). Surratt Beauty Au Naturelle (P, $32.00) is brighter (95% similar). MAC Myth (P, $17.50) is darker (95% similar). MAC Spanking Haute (LE, $20.00) is cooler (95% similar). Dose of Colors Barely There (LE, $17.00) is lighter, cooler (90% similar). Marc Jacobs Beauty Satisfaction (214) (DC, $28.00) is darker (90% similar). Maybelline Charming Cocoa (125) (LE, ) is brighter, warmer (90% similar). Urban Decay Kinky (DC, $26.00) is lighter, brighter (90% similar). Too Faced Peach-sicle (P, $19.00) is less pigmented, cooler (85% similar). Chanel Sensuel (11) (P, $34.00) is warmer (85% similar). Anastasia Undressed (-, $16.00) is lighter (85% similar). MAC Fashion Punch (P, $17.50) is darker, warmer (85% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.

MAC Lots of Laughs Lipglass ($10.00 for 0.08 fl. oz.) is a medium pink with warm undertones and a creamy finish. It had good color coverage, though the natural lip color will still peek through, that went on evenly but had a tendency to settle into lip lines. This shade wore well for four and a half hours and was lightly hydrating. Worth noting, it was more pigmented and darker than its previous release. Sephora Rose Petal (05) (P, $12.00) is warmer (95% similar). MAC Light English Red (LE, $30.00) is lighter (95% similar). Jouer Park Ave (P, $17.00) is lighter (95% similar). MAC Candy Box (P, $17.50) is darker (95% similar). Pat McGrath Prima Donna (P, $28.00) is more shimmery, darker, cooler (90% similar). MAC Sweet Tooth (LE, $20.00) is darker (90% similar). NYX Maple Blondie (P, $5.00) is lighter (90% similar). Sisley Paris Baby (2) (P, $50.00) is warmer (90% similar). Buxom Creamsicle (PiP, $19.00) is warmer (90% similar). NARS Belize (P, $26.00) is brighter, warmer (90% similar). Maybelline Caramel Infused (065) (P, $8.99) is darker, warmer (85% similar). MAC Hoop (LE, $17.50) is brighter (85% similar). Hourglass Canvas (P, $28.00) is brighter, warmer (85% similar). Pat McGrath Belladonna (P, $28.00) is more shimmery, darker, cooler (85% similar). Bite Beauty Ten (Watercolor) (LE, ) is darker (85% similar). Dior Tiny Pink (269) (P, $35.00) is lighter, brighter (85% similar). Chanel Pink Pivoine (88) (LE, $27.00) is warmer (85% similar). MAC Lots of Laughs (LE, $17.50) is lighter (85% similar). NARS Bound (P, $26.00) is darker (80% similar). NYX Sorbet (P, $5.99) is brighter, warmer (80% similar). MAC Short & Snappy Lipglass ($10.00 for 0.08 fl. oz.) is a bright, medium-dark coral-red with fine gold pearl. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that went on fairly evenly and smoothly. The texture was light-medium in weight, moderately tacky, and comfortable to wear over the six hours it lasted. MAC Truly Everlasting (P, $24.00) is less glossy (95% similar). Chanel Vibration (LE, $34.00) is cooler (90% similar). Anastasia Hibiscus (-, $16.00) is warmer (90% similar). Dior Wonderland (575) (P, $35.00) is lighter, brighter (90% similar). Becca Tiger Lily (P, $22.00) is lighter, warmer (80% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.

FORMULA OVERVIEW | MAC Little MAC Lipglass ($10.00 for 0.08 fl. oz.) is a miniature-sized version of MAC’s regular Lipglass, so the formula is exactly the same and even includes shades previously released as limited edition. The Lipglass formula is supposed to be pigmented, shiny, and hydrating. I find that pigmentation can range from very sheer to totally opaque from shade to shade–there is a ton of variance–with a light-medium to medium-weight texture that’s thicker, moderately to very tacky, and lasts four to six hours. I don’t mind Lipglass myself, despite the tackiness, but if you loathe sticky glosses, Lipglass is probably not going to be your number one favorite! They are vanilla-scented but have no discernible taste. For comparison, full-sized MAC Lipglasses are $15.00 for 0.17 fl. oz. or $88.24/fl. oz. while the miniature-sized is $125.00/fl. oz. The smaller size makes the most sense for those who like more variety rather than more product or who do not typically finish a gloss.

Are those MAC shadows from an upcoming collection because I’d love to see that eye look up close! So amazing, great job as always!

Wow, that eye makeup is stunning! You look incredible. Guess I missed the original post with the look, it’s one I’ll definitely try out with similar colours I already have.

Great eyes! And big love for little MAC. Hope all the mini sizes will stay available. Not into these, but small colored mascs and blushes are really appealing to me. Great for people with TMS (too much stash) that seldom finish things or if you wish to try a tad of something you don’t usually wear. Little MAC is a great concept. Wish everything were available in the ‘palette size.’ Also like how you’ve updated the ‘search my looks.’ S.t. they are really memorable and inspiring, worth additional views.

I dig the smaller glosses, if only because you can keep an eyeshadow for years but glosses definitely can’t stay forever.

Who cares about the glosses, my eyes keep zeroing in on your super stunning eye look !!! Probably the best one I’ve seen from you. Wow, it does look like a fiery sunset! Ok, ok, what were we reviewing? Oh glosses, yes glosses, I’m on a no buy for gloss but Short and Snappy looks so juicy and pretty for summer

Short & Snappy is certainly the clear winner in this trio! Love how cheery it looks, very summery! Makes me look at my tube of Revlon Strawberry Topaz longingly….for a change.

I keep thinking I have too many glosses but I think I’ve given many away. I like all of these. Of course the eye look is great as always. How am I going to control myself? I guess I’m not.
