ColourPop Just Cuddle, Overnight, Slow Motion Lux Glosses Reviews & Swatches
Just Cuddle
ColourPop Just Cuddle Lux Gloss ($8.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a light peach with moderate, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had medium coverage in a single layer, which seemed as described, but the application was poor–the color was uneven, streaky, and settled into my lip lines very noticeably. While the gloss itself felt smooth, comfortable, and plush to wear, it just did sit well on my lips. It wore well for two hours and felt hydrating over time.

Formula Overview
$8.00/0.16 oz. - $50.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "shine" with a "cushiony soft" texture that "hydrates lips." The brand isn't clear on how pigmented or how sheer the formula is intended to be; they instead they have the "perfect amount of colour all in one." Based on what I can infer from promotional images, their marketing, and typical lip gloss claims (in the industry), gloss is typically sheerer coverage rather than opaque, so based on that, I will be rating on the expectation of medium coverage.
The formula has a smooth consistency that was more like a gel-cream, as it felt denser ("cushiony") without being heavy or tacky. I didn't feel like they were the most forgiving, though, as most shades settled into my lip lines to a small degree. The coverage was sheer to semi-sheer, which resulted in the shades looking more similar on than they looked in the tubes (the initial line-up could have been much more diverse as a result). They lasted between two and three hours and were moisturizing to wear.
There was no discernible taste, and they had a sweet, sugary scent.

Overnight
ColourPop Overnight Lux Gloss ($8.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a darker peach with warm, orange undertones and a cream finish. The gloss had a smooth, more gel-cream like consistency that was comfortable and moisturizing to wear, but it wasn’t the most flattering product on my lips. It had medium coverage that did not apply as evenly as I expected, and it was prone to settling into my lip lines. This shade stayed on decently for two and a half hours on me.

Slow Motion
ColourPop Slow Motion Lux Gloss ($8.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a medium-dark, caramel brown with strong, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had medium coverage in a single layer, which applied fairly evenly and fluidly over my lips. The texture was lightweight, smooth, and plush without being heavy or thick on my lips. It was one of the better-applying shades in the initial line-up. It lasted well for three hours and was moisturizing over time.

Those 1st two are definitely NOT for me! Awful.
But, I do like Slow Motion somewhat. I’m still going for the MAC dupe Voyeur-Is-Me Lipglass instead, though.
Christine, I never thought I’d cringe over a closeup photo of your lips…until I saw Just Cuddle!!! Woof, that product looks just awful. I’m surprised to see CP release something that bad.
Slow Motion looks nice, however, especially paired with the eye look you’re wearing.
Gosh, these don’t look that great either! Slow Motion is better, but the first two are total misses.
So far, I haven’t been very impressed with the shade range or the inconsistent quality of this line of glosses.
Wow, I wanted to buy the whole collection of glosses, but I am glad I waited for your review. Just Cuddle looks so bad!
