Christian Louboutin Beaute Deep Teal is a very cool-toned, very dark teal with a satin finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $40.00 and contains 0.056 oz.
Christian Louboutin Deep Teal Velvet Eye Definer ($40.00 for 0.056 oz.) is a muted, deep bluish teal with a mostly matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, though it was certainly buildable to full coverage with just a touch more (not even a full second layer). The consistency was smooth, creamy enough not to tug on the skin but didn't slide around as it was drying down. It was smudgeable for the first 15-25 seconds but then set and stayed in place for the next eight and a half hours.
The formula is supposed to be "pigment-rich" with "all day" wear. Each pencil comes with a sharpener (which worked well), and the pencil contained a little more than average (for eye pencils that sharpen). I only tried two of the five shades available, but both performed well: they were pigmented, long-wearing, and creamy enough to glide on without tugging on my lower lash line or water line.
It provides bold colour usually reserved for ultra-dense kohl liners of the pharaohs, and it lasts all day with no transfer. Oeil Velours features a slender, weighted body in a custom length to provide the most artful application. It is coated in a luxurious matte black and topped with a studded gold cap for an ultra-precious look and feel. This velvet eye definer is accessorized with a sharpener to ensure precision.
