ColourPop Dare to Bare Pressed Powder Shadow Quad ($9.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a new, all-matte, neutral eyeshadow quad that leaned light, more taupe, and neutral-to-warm in undertone All four shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with the biggest “con” being that the formula was lightly to moderately powdery, so using a lighter hand or tapping off excess would be ideal. They were more of a velvety-matte, which gave them a denser, more substantial feel.

Gotta Do It
Gotta Do It is a very light beige with subtle warmth and a matte finish. The consistency was more velvety, which gave it some substance and allowed it to have opaque coverage, despite being a little powdery. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.

If I were just starting out in eye makeup or if I needed a good, small sized travel palette of neutrals (I don’t – I’ve got Smashbox Minimalist, which is perfect for me), I’d certainly want this.
Another perfect little matte quad to work with any shimmery shades you have in other palettes. A good array of shades and a lovely soft finish too.
Okay. So I have ND Glam Palette, MAC Orb, Kid and Handwritten. I’m asking myself: Do I need this beauty?
