Truth Or is a deep taupe-brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was soft, smooth, and more velvety, which yielded full color payoff in a single layer that was blendable on bare skin, though it was lightly powdery. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
