Bobbi Brown Baby Peach Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 013 oz.) is described as a “bright peach coral.” It’s a light-medium orange with warm, yellow undertones and a soft, glossy sheen. It had good pigmentation, though not fully opaque, with a more emollient, slightly slippery consistency. The color lasted for four hours on me and was nicely hydrating. I thought it was going to slip into lip lines, but it didn’t! ColourPop Oouuuu! (LE, $10.00) is darker, less glossy (95% similar). ColourPop Oversized (LE, $7.00) is darker (90% similar). Guerlain Peach Satin (540) (LE, $37.00) is darker (90% similar). Paul and Joe Beaute Once Upon a Time (081) (LE, $17.00) is darker (90% similar). Bite Beauty Praline (P, $24.00) is darker, more muted (85% similar). Sephora Adventuring (63) (P, $8.00) is less shimmery, darker, warmer (85% similar). Urban Decay Interrogate (DC, $18.00) is lighter, more muted (85% similar). NARS Under Arrest (LE, $28.00) is darker, more muted (85% similar). Bite Beauty Nearly Neon Peach (LE, $26.00) is cooler (85% similar). MAC Sheer Mandarin (LE, $17.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar). MAC Tropical Buzz (LE, $25.00) is warmer (85% similar). MAC Forbidden Sunrise (LE, $19.00) is darker, brighter (80% similar). MAC Tangerine Dream (P, $19.00) is brighter, warmer (80% similar). MAC Tart & Trendy (LE, $19.00) is darker (80% similar). Bobbi Brown Atomic Orange Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 013 oz.) is described as a “bright yellow orange.” It’s a vibrant, medium orange with warm, red undertones and a natural finish. It was intensely pigmented and had full color coverage. The consistency is creamy, light-to-medium in weight, comfortable wear with a hydrating formula that lasted for five and a half hours on me. Bite Beauty Nearly Neon Orange (LE, $26.00) is lighter (95% similar). Bite Beauty Tourne (DC, $24.00) is lighter (95% similar). MAC Fashion Nomad (LE, $19.00) is less glossy (95% similar). FORMULA SUMMARY | Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is supposed to have one-stroke color coverage with a hydrating, smoothing formula, and “nourishing shine.” I was impressed with the formula as a whole, as the majority of the shades were very pigmented in one pass with a creamy consistency that glided on easily. There’s a richness to the texture that does feel more “luxe” in a way. The natural-to-luminous shine level gives lips a smoother, plumper look, while the formula itself is hydrating and many shades are longer-wearing. I noticed that the lighter shades tended to perform more poorly relative to more light-medium to medium-dark-hued shades. There was a faint floral scent (that was a surprise, I wish they had gone the unscented!), but I didn’t have issues with taste and found it very subtle on (it’s no Dior/Chanel-level scent!). In general, I like Bobbi Brown’s lipstick formulas, and this one feels creamier and more hydrating than others, but for pigmentation, you can’t go wrong with this or the Rich Lip Color formula.

While I like both, they aren’t in colours I use often. I sometimes wear orange-y lipsticks though. I don’t think I could pull off Baby Peach, Atomic Orange is easier for me, I think. Baby Peach would make me look strange. I think I must go to the BB counter and try it, just for fun, and then wear it as long as it lasts, just because 🙂
I knw, I’m weird.
