I want something that helps to lock my foundation in place for a little longer than it would last on its own but isn’t so powdery that it either lightens (or darkens) my base nor makes it look so matte and cakey. It should be very translucent/sheer with a very finely-milled texture.

I like medium, buildable coverage; I’d like to be able to sheer it out a little if preferred or easily build it up to full coverage without it getting too heavy or cakey. I probably could get away with light to medium coverage, though, but I just find medium to be faster to apply to my liking...
