Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones

Favourite look from the week: Taking extra effort with my blending, I used the Vice 2 palette – with Strike the gold shade, over the lid, with Madness (metallic like blue) on the lower lid and Damaged in the crease. I paired it with my CP LA Lady lipstick.

Your most used product this week: All my staples, plus the Pixi Beauty Reflex Light palette.

Any beauty discoveries (new or old): I worked out that the metallic shades in the Pixi beauty palette are better when applied with a dampened brush – it brings out the foiled elements of the shade perfectly.

Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.

Favorite look from the week: I did a look combining the PMGL MTHRSHP Subliminal Platinum Bronze and La Vie En Rose palettes with Kaleidos Futurism III Astro-Pink palette – Stardust (Astro-Pink) in my crease, Platinize (Subliminal Platinum Bronze) all over my lid, with Paranormal (La Vie En Rose) on my outer corner. I paired it with a cooler pink blush and a pinky cream highlight, with CoverGirl Vinyl Vow Melting Pout in 210 Kiss Kiss (underrated product, BTW!). I felt so pretty that day!

Your most used product this week: PMGL MTHRSHP Subliminal Platinum Bronze palette, PMGL La Vie En Rose palette, Missha M BB cream, Pixi Gel Cheek Tint in Flushed and Multibalm in Sheer Sculpt, Em Cosmetics True Gloss in Secret Blush

Any beauty discoveries… Lisa Eldridge Velvet Fawn lipstick. BEAUTIFUL. I’m not usually a nude lip sort of girl (I tend to like my nudes to be a little pinky and a little deeper) but the undertone of this lipstick is spot on for me. I’m sad I missed out on Velvet Muse!
I’ve found I’m starting to like a little more of a pale nude on me lately, as long as it has just a little depth to it and the right undertone.
