Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Skin tone/coloring: Light, neutral skin tone, green eyes, s&p hair

Look you loved this week: I didn’t get creative with makeup during this stressful week—same thing every day for simplicity. ColourPop Precision Brow Gel, Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in Au Naturel in my crease, Cover Girl Clump Crusher Mascara, Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup, Estée Lauder concealer, RCMA No Color Powder, Clinique Rosy Pop Blush, and MAC Laissez Faire Lipstick.

Any new or old favorites discovered: No favorites, but I found something nice. Last year, I got a rollerball version of D&G Light Blue as a gift and never used it, but I felt like wearing something light and fresh this week, so I decided to give it a try. It won’t become a favorite of mine, but it is pleasant enough and I’ll probably wear it to work once in awhile.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week? Since I’ll be working from home, I’m going to do some color experimenting with eye looks using my seldom-used palettes.

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name (blue-green eyes).

Look you loved this week?: Whatever the heck I just threw on using ColourPop Ur A QT, Lilac You A Lot and Goodish SSS! Very soft, pretty purple eye look.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: I’m really beginning to fall for that ColourPop UR A QT Palette. In the beginning, I was very disappointed in how warm it seems to run, but I’ve been getting some gorgeous eye looks out of it lately, so I’m not mad at it!

Any product you’re hoping to use next week? Anything that is springy looking. Purples, corals, teals, greens.

Look you loved this week?: EYES — TFSI. SugarPill Capsule Collection C2: Skyrise (lid), Karma (crease and lower lid), Elevate (brow bone),Young Blood (outer 1/3 of: deep crease, lid, and lower lid), Doubleshot (lower lashline); and Insomniac (inner corner). UD 24/7 Eye Pencil in Deep End (lower waterline) and Perversion (upper waterline). NYX Worth the Hype Mascara. LIPS — UD Vice Lipstick in Epigram topped with MAC Lipglass in Counting Stars. CHEEKS — SugarPill C2 Retrograde blush. FACE — CP All Star Mattifying Primer; BH Cosmetics Flawless Finish Foundation in Ivory; Ben Nye Neutral Set Colourless Powder (using this up; I like RCMA No Color a little better); Sephora Color Contour in Tranquil, Milani Baked Highlighter in Dolce Perla, and CP All Star Setting Spray Mattifying Setting Spray.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: The SugarPill Capsule Collection 2 is OUTSTANDING! I like it much better than the Pink version (though I do like that one fine). The blush and the teal eyeshadow are real standouts, and need to be made singles ASAP.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Pinky Rose Exotic Peacock Eye Shadow Palette; new Sydney Grace Eyeshadows

Look you loved this week?: I did a look using the Coloured Raine Safari Raine palette… Amazon Basin is the most stunning taupe I’ve ever seen. I used the ND Bloom palette and Revlon Lustrous Lipstick in Wine With Everything.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: I remembered how much I enjoy my Safari Raine palette. Also I’m in love with Revlon Super Lustrous Lipsticks. Especially the creme formula.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week? I’m just excited to use my collection.

Your skin tone/coloring: light/medium, neutral undertone
Look you loved this week?: Didn’t actually wear much makeup this week as we’re in “work from home” during the pandemic
Any new or old favorites discovered?: When I did go out, I reached for Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint and love how it looks like nothing on my skin but cancels out my surface redness and evens out skin tone
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I’m testing out some new cleansers and cleansing oils, not terribly impressed with recent purchases lately, so much fragrance!

Look you loved this week?: The purple color story I posted! I added Alkaline liner from UD, a ton of mascara, and did a pretty normal base.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: CYO Lifeproof! I am doing a spring cleaning with my time off of work and there it was!

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I have the new YSL Silver primer, and have been putting off using it. No time like the present though.
