Tom Ford Beauty Love Crime Lip Color ($54.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a muted, medium berry with subtle, cool undertones and a soft sheen. It had good color coverage in a single layer, though it wasn’t quite opaque. The coverage was even, though, so it had a very flattering look on on my lips as my lip lines appeared more smoothed out. This shade stayed on well for five hours and was lightly hydrating while worn.

Tom Ford Beauty Near Dark Lip Color ($54.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a dark plum with subtle, cool undertones and a natural sheen. The consistency was moderately emollient and felt more slippery on the lips, even during wear, so I could see this one potentially feathering on anyone who may be prone to that (but it did not do so on me). It had semi-opaque pigmentation that wasn’t buildable, and the color did not apply as evenly as expected but did not settle into my lip lines, which was a surprise. The color wore well for five hours and was hydrating over time.

Tom Ford Beauty Stimulant Lip Color ($54.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a bright, medium pink-leaning coral with a natural sheen. It was nearly opaque with a creamy, moderately emollient consistency that glided across the lips with ease but was a touch streaky along the edges and if I pressed my lips together. There was slight product that got into my lip lines, but the shine and brightness of the color made it difficult to see in person. It wore well for four and a half hours and was lightly moisturizing.

I really ought to stop looking at all these stunning TF Lipsticks, LoL! They’re seriously tempting me! And then I get the reality check. They are usually extremely dupable, too. With just a few exceptions. Love Crime and Near Dark are lovely shades for autumn/ winter! And as much as I adore them, I will just pull out my similar enough shades….I think.
For spring, though, Stimulant rocks! Good thing I’ve got Maybelline Shocking Coral, eh??
