Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

My skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones; magenta/red hair; hazel/green eyes.

Most loved product of the week: UD x Basquiat Gold Griot and Tenant Eyeshadow Palettes.

Most used product of the week: E.l.f. Moisturizing Stick Foundation in Ivory; X-Rated and Now’s the Time from the UD x Basquiat Gallery Blush Palette.

Any new beauty discoveries?: I picked up an e.l.f. Beautifully Precise Precision Eye Shadow Brush No. 201 at Target, and I tried it yesterday. I really like it. It picked up color nicely and was great for packing color on the lids. It has a nice shape. It cleaned easily and didn’t shed. We’ll see how it does with a little more use, but first impressions are great.

I haven’t tried them yet, but e.l.f. has added several new eyeshadow trios and duos, and reformulated their older mascaras.

Most used product of the week: IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer has been saving me after a few late nights.

Any new beauty discoveries?: Late to the party but I got a sample of Shiseido Synchro Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation and maybe I’m in love enough to buy it.

My skin tone/coloring: dry Fair/Cool

Most loved product of the week: My By Terry Glow Expert sticks. I almost hate to admit I bought the peach shade given how much I’ve picked up recently, but I love the way they blend into the skin!

Most used product of the week: that’ll be the By Terry Glow Expert again; Amber Light probably the most but Terra Rosa is a very close second.

Any new beauty discoveries?: The new Life is a Cruise eyeliner from Armani is definitely worth checking out. I swatched for a photo and it didn’t budge until I used a oil cleanser to remove it.

My skin tone/colouring: Porcelain with pink undertones
Most loved product of the week: Dior 3 Couleurs Khaki – that olive brown just gets me and the goldy shade is gorgeous too.
Most used product of the week: Anastasia Brow pencil – it really is very, very good and easy to use.
Any new beauty discoveries?: Swisse CoQ10 Anti-Aging Facial Moisturiser, recommended by Nourished Life – cruelty free and mostly vegan website dedicated to bring the best, natural skincare and beauty products from around the world. I have been using it for a few days now and so far, so good. For Australian readers you can also get this product from Chemist Warehouse for a very reasonable price.
