I’m convinced my lip collection would be dominated by this line if not for the scent – the colors, the access, the quality — but I can’t stand it either. I have two of the mattes at home, but I can’t bring myself to wear them. Thanks for always pointing out the scent because that’s a major purchase consideration for me!
I hear ya, Jane. It is pretty intense 🙁 Though I quite like Maybelline’s formula for their various Color Sensational ranges overall, it is often not the one I reach for until they’ve lost some of their scent!
In my experience, the scent is more faint in this line than in the regular or the mattes
Smoking Red, Mauve It, and Saphire Siren are on my buy list! And I’m going to get either Maybelline Violet Vixen, UD Jawbreaker, or UD Pandemonium. Sadly, none of these 3 purples scored well, but the color is so beautiful! Since Maybelline Violet Vixen is the cheapest one, I’m leaning towards that one, because I’m going to have to spring extra for a lipliner to make any of them work.
That might be a good call 🙂
