Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

My skin tone: Very fair with cool undertones.

Favorite look this week: I used my usual base products which currently consists of mixing equal part Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet foundation in 01 and CYO Lifeproof Foundation in shade 102. The CYO is too dark for me and the undertone is a little off. The Chanel is the right shade, very pink but not as much coverage. The two together are okay. I am trying to use them both up before leaving for Europe. For blush/highlighter/bronzer I used the Becca Chrissy Teigen collab. For my finishing powder I used a Korean powder by a brand called Coringco. For my eyes I used the Stila Vibrant Duo in Amethyst with the Glitter and Glow in the vibrant shade, Amethyst, then blended the crease out with a cool toned light grey from a palette that I have had for years and cannot read the name off of any longer!! I think it was a “gift with purchase” from Estee Lauder back in the day. For my lips I used Nars Cruella which is one of my favorite red shades. Sprayed the whole thing with MAC Fix + in the Pink Glow.

Yes, it is on YesStyle. I picked up the powder, a cushion compact and 5 lipsticks. I like the cushion a lot although not as much as my beloved Chosungah 2 and the powder is nice. It leaves a bit of a white cast but that works for me especially when the foundation is too light. The lipsticks turned out to be more like balms with slightly more pigment but still not a lot of color. I like picking up products from unknown/untried brands in Korea as I might find a winner!

Skin Tone/Coloring: Light neutral skin tone, green eyes, salt-and-pepper hair

Favorite Look Worn: MAC single eyeshadows (Coquette in crease, Era on lid, Blanc Type on brow bone), Chanel Stylo Yeux Eyeliner in Celadon in upper lash line, Clinique Brow Shaper in Charcoaled, Diorshow Brow Styler in 004, Rimmel ScandalEyes RetroGlam Mascara, Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup in Ecru, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, RCMA No Color Powder, Laura Mercier Second Skin Cheek Colour in Lotus Pink, Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighter in Precious Petals, and Marc Jacobs Enamored Lip Gloss Stick in One Mauve Time

Most Used Products: Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, RCMA No Color Powder, Clinique Brow Shaper, Diorshow Brow Styler in 004, and NARS Audacious Lipstick in Barbara (this has become my #1 favorite nude lipstick!)

New Beauty Discoveries: I never thought I’d use Black Currant from the Lorac Pro Palette 4 Palette because it looks so dark, but I discovered that it looks really nice when lightly smudged on the outer v. I just have to be very careful not to pick up too much of it on the brush.

My skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones; magenta/red hair; hazel/green eyes.

Favorite look you’ve worn: EYES — Too Faced Shadow Insurance. My Pretty Zombie Eyeshadow in Hysteria buffed in dry from lid to brow (looks matte pale gray); foiled on eyelid to bring out the pinky-orange duochrome. SauceBox e/s in Moth in crease. BROWS — ABH e/s single in Love Letter. Physician’s Formula Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Mascara in Ultra Black. LIPS — ColourPop Ultra Glossy Lip in Fluff. FACE — NYX Angel Veil Face Perfecting Primer; Lancome Teint Idole 24H Long Wear Foundation in 140 (N) Ivoire mixed with Manic Panic White; RCMA No Color Powder. TheBalm Balm Desert on cheeks, hairline, bridge of nose, and tip of chin. Sephora Tranquil (cheek, chin, and nose contour). E.l.f. Blush in Gotta Glow (DC) as highlighter. E.l.f. Original Mist & Set.

Most used product of the week: Lancome Teint Idole 24H Long Wear Foundation in 140 (N) Ivoire mixed with Manic Panic White; Tarte ROTS Vol. I and Vol. III, NYX Ultimate Shadow Palette in Brights. Because of the heat and watery allergy eyes, I’ve mostly been wearing a shimmery neutral one-and-done eye, with a pop of color from the Nyx Palette on the lower lashline.

Any new beauty discoveries: My favorite look held up really well in the mid-90s temperatures we’ve been having. The pale grays were a nice change from the nude eyes and bright lips I usually sport in this kind of weather.

Skin tone /coloring: light medium neutral, brown hair, blue eyes

Favorite look worn: Smashbox eye shadow primer; in the crease, a reddish brown color from Makeup Revolution Iconic Vitality palette that is similar to Raw Sienna from ABH Mod Ren; on the lid, Nyx Prismatic single in either Jaded or Mermaid; a dark brown matte from the Makeup Revolution palette in the outer V (still looking for the ideal color here); tightline with Smashbox cream eyeliner in Obsidian; one coat of Tarte Gifted black mascara followed by a second coat of Tarteist Lashpaint in black (as a way to use up the Tarteist, which doesn’t do much for me). Amaterasu liquid brow liner to fill in my brows. Face is Touch in Sol primer, under my eyes L’Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur, UD Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid in peach, and Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer. I have been using it CC+ cream as a foundation but I used it up today. Nyx setting powder under my eyes and Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder in shade 3 everywhere else. Milani Bronze Glow 01 or Tarte Amazonian Clay bronzer in Park Avenue Princess. Tarte blush in Paarty. it Perfect Lighting Radiant Touch Magic Wand in outer and inner corners of my eyes.

My skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones

Favourite look you worn: Background are my staples: Designer Brand foundation in porcelain, Clarins Prodige blush in sweet peach
Eyes – used the bareMinerals Soft and Smokey – with the peach shade all over the mobile eye – the smokey blue on the lower lid, with A-Ha in the crease. With my Clarins Joli Rouge lipstick in Spicy Cinnamon. Even the MUA in Mecca Cosmetica thought it was great.

Most used product of the week: Hand cream! My hands have become so dry during this winter season here and when my grand children are around, I always seem to be having them in water…so I am using up all my hand creams.

Any new beauty discoveries: I pulled out my much neglected Tarina Tarantino Wonderful palette the other day and really loved the colour combination. I bought for the green shades, but I really love the copper one the most now.
