Urban Decay Going Native Naked Flushed Cheek Palette Review, Photos, Swatches
Going Native
Urban Decay Going Native Naked Flushed Cheek Palette ($34.00 for 0.49 oz.) includes a bronzer, highlighter, and blush poured into a single pan (so each shade does touch!) with the bronzer taking up the most space and the highlighter taking up the least. Each shade is supposed to be “intensely pigmented” and “blend beautifully.” The blush was a real bust–firm, stiff, lacking pigmentation–and the bronzer was just so-so, though the highlighter was quite nice.
Going Native
PPermanent. $34.00.
Going Native (Bronzer)
Going Native (Bronzer) is a medium brown with warm undertones and a satin finish. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation (to semi-opaque) with a dusty, thin texture that wasn’t as blendable as it could have been. It started to fade on me after seven hours of wear.

Going Native (Highlighter)
Going Native (Highlighter) is a soft pink with warm undertones and a frosted sheen. It had rich pigmentation with a smooth, cream-like consistency that blended easily and didn’t emphasize my skin’s natural texture. I felt like a little went on a long way, though, so use a lighter hand or a more feathery brush for a more moderate highlight. This shade wore nicely for eight hours on me.

Going Native (Blush)
Going Native (Blush) is a medium pink with cool, blue undertones and a mostly matte finish. The consistency was incredibly firm, which made it hard to get the product onto my brush to apply on the skin. It seemed like it would have been quite pigmented if it hadn’t been so firmly pressed; as it stood, it was sheer to semi-sheer and difficult to layer. It was a real challenge to blend out on the skin and lasted only seven hours on me.

Definitely colors I like. Not happy with the rating though.
It could be a lot better!
I really like that bronze-y shade – it’s a colour that I could definitely get behind in terms of wearing it as a bronzer!
It is a nice color!
YIKES. This is horrid quality for UD. ?Thank goodness I’m covered by dupes in MAC Pearl Blossom and last year’s LE version of Pink Swoon. And happy for everyone else who has dupes for the shades within this!
I agree — it was lacking!
Call me over sensitive. Iv said it before and im saying it again, But as a native person I hate the name. :/
Totally understand, Shannon!
They should’ve re-named the blush, Going, Going, Gone – it looks like it’s disappearing right before my eyes!
LOL!
Not exactly the best blush/bronzer/highlighting combo we’ve seen. Pretty shades, but also pretty average ratings.
Nothing special here!
I like the colors but the application is not so good.
Is this a dupe of the older “Native” color in this Naked Flushed palette range?
All dupes are listed above!
