The Best & Worst of Pat McGrath Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Lip Balms
Pat McGrath Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Lip Balm ($38.00 for 0.12 oz.) is designed to have a “tease of color” with a “lightweight veil of hydration.” The balm has a smooth consistency that glided across my lips without tugging but did not feel overly slippery or wet like some balm-like formulations can. I felt like this made it easier to apply them evenly and had them wear decently–anywhere from two to four hours–and I found that a couple of them stained my lips lightly (most notably, Passion Flower looked significantly pinker on my lips, and it also stained my hand pink when I tried swatching it again to verify!). I found the formula to be moderately moisturizing with coverage that ranged from sheer to medium with the deeper shades having more noticeable color and coverage. I didn’t detect any scent or taste to these.

It’s a pretty good result overall, but I am not a fan of these coloured lip balms
They finally got PMG at the Sephora that’s about 40 minutes away from me, so I got to swatch the products for the first time! These lipsticks are very nice, but there wasn’t one that was a must-have.
Do they have Succexy in Sephora store? Cos I didn’t see that on their online store. ):
My picks are Wild Cherry and Flesh 3, but I’ll only indulge in one for the time being. Trying to imagine which one would most effortlessly work with the Mothership V theme…?
I love colored balms. I’m I’m an office for very long hours and they just help to look polished while keeping parched lips at bay.
A friend got me one of these. They left a weird fuzzy feeling in my mouth almost immediately. So… I can’t properly test it out since it seems I’m allergic to something in them. That said, for the time I did have it on, it felt very very VERY (did I say very?) similar to the clinique chubby sticks.
