Terra Moons Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadows Reviews & Swatches (Part 1 of 2)
Starry Eyes
Terra Moons Starry Eyes Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a brighter, medium pink with base with subtle, warm undertones paired with shimmer that shifted from lighter gold to warmer gold that gave it a metallic finish.
The texture was soft, a smidgen more loosely-pressed, so it wasn’t as opaque nor as emollient compared to most of the brand’s shimmery eyeshadows. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
$13.00/0.05 oz. - $260.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be a cross between "iridescent chameleon and pastel shimmer," so they have a noticeable color base but a multichrome shift. The brand recommended applying over an eyeshadow primer and in a thin layer to "intensify the shift," though I did not personally find that primer necessarily impacted the shift as they were readily apparent used on their own.
They were richly pigmented with a soft, smooth consistency that was lightly emollient but not too thick or too densely-packed into the pan, so it was easy to pick up product with a dry brush as well as fingertips/dampened brushes if preferred. The eyeshadow applied evenly to bare skin and blended out well along the edges.
The more colored base helped make these easier to incorporate with other eyeshadows, too, so those who find multichromes daunting may like to start with this type of multichrome. They lasted between seven and eight hours on me before creasing visibly.

Aurora
Terra Moons Aurora Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a brighter, medium pink base with cooler undertones and warmer, blue-to-green shifting shimmer.
It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a slightly drier, powdery consistency, which applied better with a dampened brush for higher, smoother coverage. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.

Sun Sign
Terra Moons Sun Sign Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a soft, orange-coral base that looked pinker at certain angles paired with shimmer that shifted from gold to soft orange. It had a more metallic sheen, which wasn’t prone to emphasizing lid texture.
It had rich color coverage that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out with ease, as the texture was soft, smooth, and not too softly nor too firmly-pressed into the pan. This shade lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Io
Terra Moons Io Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a soft, light-medium yellow with warmer undertones and flecks of green and gold micro-sparkle throughout that gave it a shiny, metallic finish. I got less of a shift with this one than slightly contrasting shimmer.
It had mostly opaque pigmentation, but the texture was more emollient and very smooth, which helped the product adhere well without being prone to fallout (either during application or during wear). It stayed on nicely for eight hours before showing signs of wear.

Starry Eyes looks so good! Of the four, it’s my pick as it’s also a dupe for a PML shade I love in a quad of hers.
The shades are festive and I really liked Sun Sign – a gorgeous peachy colour.
I can’t find these on their website????
That’s very strange!
I can’t find these anywhere on the website.
Are they discontinued or not released yet???
I love Sun Sign!
That is weird!
I also couldn’t find them on the website. I asked on Instagram via comment and DM, and also sent an email asking but never got a response. I wanted to order Sun Sign when I put in my pre-order on Friday night, but alas…
I just got a reply to my email – apparently Sun Sign has been discontinued. So I’m gonna guess the whole “pastel chameleon” range has been D/Ced, since they’re not on the site. Which is really unfortunate because they were pretty shades.
