Top Off is a medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a pale, green-gold shifting shimmer that gave it a metallic finish. The texture felt a touch drier and more loosely-pressed, so I'd recommend using a light touch when picking up product to avoid fallout. It had mostly opaque, buildable color coverage that stayed on nicely for eight hours.
