Make Up For Ever 104 Blue White Star Lit Diamond Powder ($26.00 for 0.08 oz.) has pale, almost silvery-white base with a strong, aqua-to-blue sheen, though it sometimes flashed almost pink but very rarely did I see that except when contorting myself to do so. Most of the time, it looks like a very high-shine, metallic pop of icy blue. It had medium, buildable pigmented with a loose, lightly sparkly texture--I could tell there were lots of sparkles in it but didn't feel chunky--that was decent on its own, especially on cheeks, but benefited greatly from a tacky base or adhesive spray.
As an eyeshadow, there was some fallout when applied with a dry brush, but when I pressed and patted it into place, then gently buffed the edges, it adhered for the most part (though you'd want to do your eyes first!) and stayed in place well for eight hours with light fallout over time. As a highlighter, it buffed beautifully against my skin and gave it a moderately luminous effect with some sparkle and a definite shift. It stayed on well on my cheeks for eight hours with minimal movement/travel from the sparkles.
