Sydney Grace Golden Wonder Highlighter Review & Swatches
Golden Wonder
Sydney Grace Golden Wonder Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a very light, peachy gold with strong, warm undertones and a soft, metallic sheen. It had excellent color coverage in a single layer, which adhered evenly to bare skin and buffed out easily without emphasizing my skin’s natural texture.
The texture was soft, smooth to the touch, and denser without being overly firm, so it picked up readily with a brush and could be used with a lighter hand for sheerer, more buildable coverage if desired. It lasted nicely for eight and a half hours showing signs of fading.

The highlighters are supposed to be "smooth and pigmented" that "blend like a dream" and "last all day long." The majority of the shades in the range are incredibly pigmented with a creaminess to the texture that makes them a cinch to apply and blend out on my skin.
I was most impressed by how soft, almost cream-like the powders were, yet they weren't too loosely-pressed nor were they prone to powderiness. Some of the finishes are very metallic or frosted, so when worn at semi-opaque or higher coverage levels, they can emphasize my skin's natural texture slightly. They have worn between eight and nine hours on me.

This is nice, but Iām leaning towards Satin Kicks as more unique for my stash and I can pick this up along with the new palette next week.. and maybe another blush…
Seeing Ofra Star Island is a dupe tells me that this one would be far too light and bright against my darker medium skintone. What a shame, because it really is a pretty one!
This is so pretty, I love the subtle gold/peachy shade.
