Anastasia Vegas Loose Highlighter ($25.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a pale, white gold with moderate, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. The finish ended up being more moderate and buildable than intensely glowing in one go, which ensured that it didn't emphasize my skin's natural texture when worn at heavier coverage levels.
The loose format lived up to it being buildable in coverage--it was really in how much product was picked up--from semmi-sheer to mostly opaque, depending on brush type and how much product was on the brush. The powder itself felt silky and finely-milled, and it blended out nicely. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
