Sephora Fancy Peach (115) & Honeymoon (80) Cream Lip Stains Reviews, Photos, Swatches
Fancy Peach (115)
Sephora Fancy Peach (115) Cream Lip Stain ($14.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and much warmer, golden shimmer that gave it a matte-metallic finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation with a thin, very emollient texture that slid over my lips a bit too easily and required more patience to control along the edges. The color dried down quickly but the metallic finish emphasized my lip lines after it set. It wore well for seven hours but was a bit drying over time.

Formula Overview
$14.00/0.169 oz. - $82.84 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "high-coverage" that goes on "smooth" and yields a "silky, lightweight stain" that is "long-lasting" and "never sticky" and "won't dry out lips." One of the signature traits for the formula is that it is a thinner (and yet somehow creamy) texture that does spread well but feels thin and very lightweight on the lips. It dries down quickly, but I never felt like it was troublesome to apply, even if I needed an extra moment to get around the edges of my lips, so it was a more forgiving formula despite setting more quickly. Once it set, the color did stay locked on for hours--I tested shades for around eight hours and many were still going strong. The formula was non-drying to slightly drying to me. They had a moderately strong, sweet scent (almost like burnt sugar) that also smelled just slightly "perfume-y" to me, but it seemed to dissipate after an hour of wear.
The pigmentation varied from shade to shade, but it did seem that the more shimmery and metallic shades often were less pigmented and did not always apply as evenly and sometimes seemed to sit in my lip lines. The cream/matte shades applied more evenly and had more opaque coverage on average.

PPermanent. $14.00.
Honeymoon (80)
Sephora Honeymoon (80) Cream Lip Stain ($14.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a rich, medium-dark coral with warm undertones and a matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightweight, and barely-creamy texture (more slip than I’m used to in a liquid lipstick but not as fluid either). The color applied evenly and dried down within 20 seconds of application for the most part, though it seemed to remain a touch tacky for a half hour or so of wear before it was truly matte and non-sticky. This shade lasted for eight hours and was neither drying nor hydrating.

I love the color of honeymoon but fear it might be changed by the pigmentation of my lips which is surprisingly dark or else just appears that way compared to my skin tone. I have found that many lighter shades are adversely affected but if I could find a compatible lip pencil that would help in keeping the shade truer.
Honeymoon is a shade I’d wear in late summer, September and October here, in to winter. Very basic, yet solid.
Fancy Peach is such a lovely summer shade! Unfortunately, it has that look to it that far too many matte metallic liquid lipsticks have: textured and uncomfortable looking.
Fancy Peach was one of the 4 shades I wanted from the new collection. It performs better than Colour Pop Flitter so I might still pick it up later.
Fancy Peach is a stunning shade, very pretty on you Christine.
Honeymoon may be coming home with me!
