Glowing Still

Glowing Still is a bright, creamy white with a yellow sheen. It was richly pigmented with a soft, lightly powdery consistency that seemingly glows in the dark it's so bright and white. I thought it would look ashy or chalky on me skin tone, but I was surprised at how much the sheen came through after blending and buffing the product into the skin--but it did lighten the area slightly, so it may suit lighter skin tones better.
