Star Reader is a bright, white gold with almost grayish undertones and a warmer, greenish-gold shimmer. It was intensely pigmented, so use a lighter hand with this for a less intense highlight. The finish was nearly metallic, and it was so bright and reflective that it seemed to smooth my skin rather than accentuate my skin's texture. It had a smooth, blendable consistency that was easy to work with. This shade wore well for eight hours on me.
